  • Once you have landed on the page, kindly find a button named schedule vaccine and click on that.
  • It will take you to the next page, where you have to select the type of vaccine, enter your zip code, city name, or state name, along with your date of birth.
  • On the same page, it might ask you to enter a couple of information regarding your previous vaccine. 
  • Once you have entered those, it will take you to the next page, where it will show you all the nearby pharmacies with your desired vaccine.
  • You can select the vaccine you want along with the date and time of your appointment.
  • Kindly do not make any mistakes while selecting the date and time. It is very easy to make a mistake at this place. 
  • There is a probability that you might select the date and time of different pharmacies and visit the different pharmacies at the time of appointment.
  • After selecting the data and type of your scheduled vaccine, you can click on next.
  • On the next page, it will ask you to enter the credentials of your Walgreens account, or you can continue as a guest.
  • For example, we are going to continue as guests. Now, you have to enter complete information regarding the patient, such as complete name, gender, contact information, etc.
  • Once you have entered all the information, you can click next, and it will show you all the details you have filled out till now, including the date and time of your appointment and the address of your pharmacy.
  • If all the details entered in your appointment are correct, then you can click create an appointment.

Walgreens pharmacy suggests everyone visit the vaccination site at least 10 to 15 minutes before their vaccination. In case you do not reach at the given time gender vaccination site holds the right to reject your appointment and refuse to get seen by you.

Eligibility for COVID vaccine at Walgreens

Primary dose

Second booster shot

  • If you are immune-compromised and above the age of 12, then you are also eligible to receive the second booster shot of the COVID vaccine.
